Mindfulness and Meditation is a six-week (one hour a week) training in the fundamentals of Mindfulness and Meditation for students. It is a practical approach to living in a more mindful way and to incorporate a meditation practice in your life. Students learn about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, including stress reduction, improved social skills, greater productivity, improved sleep, improved health, improved mental health, and greater resilience among others.
