Wireless Internet for Linux

Wireless internet in Linux is fairly simple. However, the steps for connecting may differ depending on your distribution. Basically, once you have your wireless up and running so that you can see the wireless network (connwireless), you can use your distribution's specific wireless/network manager to connect to the network. There is no longer any sort of authentication for connecting to the wireless, as the signal is now open.

Once you have connected to the network, open an internet browser window and log into Clean Access. Once this has been completed, you will not have to log in again during that session, and are all set to use the wireless network.
